As the Managing Partner at UHY ECA Poland, Roman Seredynski oversees audit, tax advisory, consulting, and training services for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries and sectors.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting and auditing, he has developed a deep expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards, mergers and acquisitions, and consolidation of financial statements.
Roman is passionate about exploring the emerging trends and challenges in the financial sector, such as environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting and tokenisation of assets. He holds an MBA from WU Executive Academy, a Ph.D in Financial Reporting from the University of Economics in Katowice, and a certification as an auditor. Roman also teaches and mentors students and professionals in the field of auditing and accounting, and shares his knowledge and insights through publications and presentations. Roman’s mission is to deliver high-quality, reliable, and innovative financial solutions that create value and trust for clients and stakeholders. He joined the UHY International Board of Directors in October 2023.
