Filo SRL

Filo Srl is one of Italy’s super startups, a smart-tech company flourishing in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector. Founded in 2014 by current CEO Giorgio Sadolfo and his like-minded team of visionary entrepreneurs, Filo quickly capitalised on venture seed funding and a place on the highly regarded Luiss Enlabs accelerator programme, based in Rome. Developing and manufacturing Bluetooth-enabled tracking tags, Filo was hailed as one of Italy’s top 100 startups of 2015. To date, Filo has sold over 400,000 tags and has continuously invested in improving and refining the product.

Frigorificos Fandiño

Frigorificos Fandiño, based in Vigo, Spain, is a family-run, entrepreneurial group aiming to be one of the dominant operators in the European sea produce markets, both in frozen and chilled products.

UHY Fay & Co in Spain audits Fandiño Group’s consolidated annual accounts. Other UHY member firms also provide audit services to the company in Argentina and Estonia.

Fuerte Hotels

Fuerte Hotels is a chain of four-star hotels in the tourist resorts of Spain and Mexico, headquartered in Marbella, Spain. UHY member firms provide audit services and business advisory services.

Global LT

Global LT provides global language and cultural training, translation, expatriate destination services and workforce talent development solutions. UHY member firms in the US, UK, Brazil and Hong Kong work together to provide services including accounting, tax, professional business advisory and legal services.

grupoarbulu, founded in 1999, is the biggest marine electronic group in Spain and one of the largest in Europe. The engagement was led by UHY’s Spanish member firm, UHY Fay & Co, who joined forces with the UHY Danish member firm, INFO:REVISION A/S, to advise on the company’s acquisition of Aage Hempel A/S, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Grupoarbulu is a global leader in marine electronics, satellite and on-board IT based in Spain. Led by UHY’s Spanish member firm, UHY Fay & Co, UHY member firms in various locations support a rigorous blueprint for internationalisation taking in organic expansion, acquisition and strategic partnerships.

GulfMark Offshore

GulfMark Offshore, Inc. charters technologically advanced vessels to the offshore oil and gas industry. UHY member firms provided audit services.

Hidral

Hidral S.A., based in Spain are manufactures of passenger and goods lifts and Platforms. UHY Fay & Co in Spain, co-ordinated the legal and administrative establishment of Hidral’s Russian subsidiary, working closely with their counterparts at UHY YANS-Audit in Russia.

International Healthcare Services Ltd (IHS)

International Healthcare Services Ltd (IHS) provides specialised services in healthcare in the Caribbean and Africa, leveraging technology advances to pioneer innovative solutions. UHY member firms have provided financial services for IHS and its subsidiary companies in Jamaica and recently in Nigeria where it plans to launch DOCS services and a telemedicine service.

iPower

One beneﬁ ciary was iPower, a hydroponics and gardening product supplier based outside Los Angeles, California. iPower supplies nutrients, growing mediums, hydroponic equipment, power-efﬁ cient lighting and more, selling through its website and third party
e-commerce channels like Amazon, eBay and Walmart. The business sources products from popular brands and has also established in-house branded products, marketed under the iPower and Simple Deluxe labels.
