Throughout his professional career, Dan has advised companies across a broad range of sectors, from emerging businesses to large multinational organisations. He has particular experience supporting companies with complex SEC reporting requirements, public company compliance and access to U.S. capital markets.
His cross-border experience includes working with foreign private issuers and international businesses navigating U.S. GAAP, SEC registration and ongoing reporting requirements. Dan also has significant experience with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 302 and 404 compliance, working with management teams and audit committees on internal controls over financial reporting.
In addition to his client work, Dan serves as UHY’s Subject Matter Expert for IFRS and the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector, providing technical guidance and industry expertise across the firm.
