UHY, the international accountancy network, is pleased to announce that André, Graça & Associados, a Lisbon-based audit and advisory practice, has joined the network as a full member (legal services are also provided through Franca Pinto & Castelo Branco Associados, an affiliated law firm). The firm will adopt the UHY prefix and branding with immediate effect.
André, Graça & Associados was founded in 2009 by Managing Partner Paulo Gil André, following a long career as a partner at Deloitte. Since then, the firm has grown significantly, establishing offices in Lisbon, Porto and Ponta Delgada (Azores) and developing a strong reputation for high-quality, partner-led service.
The firm supports clients across the hospitality and services, retail, real estate, manufacturing, tech and software, start-ups, private equity management entities and investment funds sectors.
The firm’s leadership team – Managing Partner Paulo André, Vania Graça and Tiago Dias – have deep technical expertise and an ambitious growth strategy that aligns closely with UHY’s focus on expanding its presence in key international markets. André, Graça & Associados has already begun working with fellow UHY firms, including UHY Fay & Co in Spain, UHY Bendoraytes in Brazil and UHY Hacker Young in the United Kingdom, to support some international clients.
The admission of André, Graça & Associados forms part of UHY’s wider strategy to expand its footprint in growing economic centres through firms that combine local expertise with international ambition. The firm joins a series of new member appointments across Cambodia, Canada, Denmark and Switzerland this year, reinforcing the network’s global capabilities.
