UHY International has added Buus Jensen Public Accountants, a respected Danish audit and advisory firm, to its global network.
This addition marks UHY’s expansion into Denmark, growing its international presence to 97 countries and more than 10,000 staff across 320 offices. The new firm also deepens UHY International’s presence in the broader Nordic region.
Based in Copenhagen, Buus Jensen is a full-service firm with 60 employees and eight partners, serving over 2,000 clients. It offers expertise across audit, tax, accounting, and advisory. The firm is known for high-quality support tailored to SMEs and growing businesses.
Buus Jensen has particular sector experience in the manufacturing, technology, real estate and pharmaceuticals sectors. The firm is seen as a one stop shop for Danish and international businesses and is in Top 20 professional services firms in Denmark.
As a new member of UHY, Buus Jensen gains access to a global network of accountancy firms. Clients will enjoy expanded support beyond Denmark’s borders.
Following its integration into UHY International, Buus Jensen remains fully independent whilst also benefiting from international knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Buus Jensen was founded more than 60 years ago and became a partnership in 1986. The firm has a 50/50 gender balance and a flat structure with no managing partner.
