UHY International has welcomed Grewal Guyatt LLP, a respected full-service audit and advisory firm based in the Greater Toronto Area, to its global network of member firms.
The addition of Grewal Guyatt expands UHY International’s presence in Canada, joining existing firms UHY Forbes Anderson in Toronto and UHY Victor in Montreal. With Canada playing an increasingly important role in cross-border trade and investment, the network continues to strengthen its capacity to serve clients across North and South America, Europe and Asia.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Richmond Hill, Toronto, Grewal Guyatt has grown rapidly over the past decade, now comprising 13 partners and over 100 professionals.
The firm serves clients across real estate, manufacturing, construction and technology sectors, offering services in audit, accountancy, tax and a wide range of advisory specialisms including corporate finance, valuations and forensic accounting.
