Throughout the year, UHY brought its global community together through a series of high-impact conferences across EMEA, Asia Pacific and Ibero America, alongside the UHY Forum, Tax Conference and the Annual Conference held in Sydney, Australia. These events strengthened relationships, encouraged collaboration and reinforced the power of UHY’s international reach.
Rhys also highlights key milestones, including the launch of the new UHY Mastermind programme, designed to support leadership development and shared learning across the network, as well as the recent celebration of UHY Day - a moment to recognise and celebrate the strength, culture and achievements of the UHY community worldwide.

He emphasises the importance of the year ahead, which marks UHY’s 40th anniversary - a significant milestone that will be celebrated together at the 2026 Annual Conference in Atlanta.
