NOVOMATIC Argentina SRL is part of one of Europe’s most successful gaming technology businesses. Founded in Austria in 1980, NOVOMATIC operates around 1,900 gaming facilities worldwide, and is the European market leader in electronic casino operation. It is also Europe’s largest supplier of video lottery terminals. Its commitment to innovation means it does not just manufacture equipment and machines, but also pioneers new gaming experiences. The business has subsidiaries in around 50 countries, a global workforce of over 22,000 and revenues of around EUR 2.6 billion (USD 3 billion). The Austrian parent company owns 90% of NOVOMATIC Argentina SRL.

Northwest River Supplies (NRS) is the story of a remarkable entrepreneur who founded a remarkable business. So deeply integral to NRS was Bill Parks that when he died in March 2023, it felt like the end of an era – but for those who knew Bill or who use NRS products, his legacy still lies at the heart of the business.

NZZ

NZZ is a Swiss media conglomerate that publishes Neue Zürcher Zeitung, a German language newspaper often considered Switzerland’s paper of record. Neue Zürcher Zeitung, founded in 1780, is something of a Swiss institution and is one of the oldest newspapers in the world that is still published.

OceanConnect, based in New York, US, is a global brokerage firm. It provides its clients with 24/7 coverage for energy and energy-related brokerage services. UHY provided audit, accounting and international tax services through a number of member firms in various locations.

Olmix

Olmix solutions are based on macroalgae offering a full range of innovative solutions to reduce the need for pesticides and chemical additives. UHY Glassman Esquivel y Cía, Mexico and UHY Blancas Sandoval & Asociados, SAC, Peru provide accounting, tax, payroll, legal, business advisory services and Transfer Pricing studies.

Orascom Development Holding

Orascom Hotels and Development (OHD) is a leading integrated town developer in Egypt and the Middle East. UHY’s member firm in Egypt, provided accountancy services for the Group’s transition to IFRS and auditing for several of the Group’s subsidiaries.

PA NOVA

PA NOVA S.A. designs and builds public, commercial and industrial buildings from its headquarters in Gliwice, in the south of Poland. It offers end-to-end project management, taking care of the design, construction and legal aspects of any development, and a more straightforward general contractor service. PA NOVA also owns and manages its own portfolio of commercial and industrial properties, giving the business an insight into the challenges of maintaining large developments. That feeds back into the design and construction of ever more durable, flexible, and cost-effective properties. The business, which has activities in Poland and Germany, posted turnover of EUR 60m (USD 71m) in 2019. It employs 200 people and is publicly listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Petroleum Geo-Services (PGS) is a technologically focused oilfield service company covering the complete value chain from exploration, via field development to production. UHY member firms completed a complex Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) project.

Pharm-Olam International

Pharm-Olam International (POI) is a privately-owned multinational offering a wide range of clinical research services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical industries. UHY LLP, US, provides audit services to POI’s HQ, UHY Hacker Young Group, UK, provides audit and tax services to POI’s European operations and further audit services are provided to POI subsidiaries by UHY member firms in Argentina, Canada, Croatia, Hungary, Poland and South Africa.
