William P Kingsley
Bill Kingsley is a partner and has over 30 years of experience providing tax planning and strategic business consulting services to both public and privately held companies.
Bill is the leader of UHY Advisors Detroit, US, office. He chairs the firm's international tax committee and serves as a liaison to UHY International. Before joining UHY Advisers, Bill was a lead client services partner with two large international accounting firms where he developed several key initiatives for the firms, including a China tax desk and service program for privately-held business.
Bill joined the UHY International Board of directors in October 2023. He has extensive knowledge of international taxes and all areas of federal taxation including C corporation, S corporation and partnership. He assists companies with mergers and acquisitions and international restructuring.
He is a Licensed CPA in the state of Michigan and his other qualifications include B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Aquinas College and S.T. in Taxation from Grand Valley State University. His professional memberships include the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Bill is also a Board member for Downtown Detroit Partnership, Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars and Greater Downtown Business Association.
