Rhys Madoc
Chief Executive Officer
Rhys joined UHY International as Executive Director in 2013 and was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2019. He provides strategic leadership and governance to our network firms spanning over 340 offices across almost 100 countries, in conjunction with the global Board.
Driven by a passion for business development and connecting with people, Rhys also has solid experience of building and running SME hubs internationally. A signification part of his job is collaborating with UHY’s member firms across the globe and ensuring that our network delivers a high level of service. His ethos is that UHY’s success will always be measured on our ability to help clients address their challenges and achieve their business goals.
Outside of work he volunteers with numerous charitable causes and is a Trustee of Eye Need Sight, a charity dedicated to providing suitable eye wear to impoverished nations worldwide.
