Rhys Madoc
Chief Executive Officer
Rhys joined UHY International as Executive Director in 2013 and was appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer in 2019. He provides strategic leadership and governance to our network firms spanning over 340 offices across almost 100 countries, in conjunction with the global Board.
Driven by a passion for business development and connecting with people, Rhys also has experience of building and running SME hubs internationally.
Outside of work he volunteers with numerous charitable causes and is a Trustee of Eye Need Sight, a charity dedicated to providing suitable eye wear to impoverished nations worldwide.
Rhys is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and also gained a MA in Management from the University of Hertfordshire.
