Co-founded the private equity advisory business at Close Brothers (now DC Advisory); built the UK investment banking business at Lincoln International; span-out Lincoln Pensions as MBO, merged it into Cardano which subsequently sold to Marsh McLennan’s Mercer; now building Affinia the largest and fastest growing purpose-led, purpose built accounting service platform in the UK.
