Membership Meetings
UHY Member Meetings
An annual meeting is held in October of each year. The location of the meeting rotates each year between three regions (Americas; Asia-Pacific and Europe/Middle East/Africa) to allow equalisation of travel costs. Attendance at this meeting is obligatory and is subject to a non-attendance fee established by the UHY Board.
A local meeting is also held annually in each of three regions. Attendance at these meetings is not obligatory. In 2006 we also held our first Managing Partners only meeting, which will be repeated every two years.
Working groups and special interest groups also meet regularly to share knowledge and develop the working practices of UHY; members are encouraged - and can be assisted - to self-organise local level meetings in order to share best practices with neighbouring firms.
UHY Training courses
UHY holds an annual management training course in Spain, aimed at mid-level managers and junior partners. Many member firms also extend their national training programmes to international attendees.
