Downloading a photo
Most images are available to download either in Small format, for use on the web and multimedia, or Large format, which are suitable for use in print. To save an image to your desk top, right click on the appropriate link; then select 'Save target as' from the pop up menu. Alternatively, you can click on the link to preview the image in your browser; then right click on the image and select 'Save picture as'.
Large images are compressed JPEGs for use in print at 300 dpi and are approximately 203 x 127 mm (8" x 5"). Small images are for use on the web and multimedia and are approximately 800 x 600 pixels.
