Management
UHY was formed in 1986 by two firms, one based in New York, the other in London. The names of these firms have changed over the years since that time, but are known today as UHY Advisors (New York) and UHY Hacker Young (London). They are considered the founder firms.
Annual General Meeting
An annual general meeting (AGM) is held each year in October in conjunction with the annual meeting. Delegates from member firms vote on policies and provide input on strategy plans presented by the board of directors. Working groups and the executive office provide updates on developments in the UHY community. Elections to the board are also held during the AGM.
Board of Directors
An eight-member board of directors develops, implements and supervises UHY’s strategic activities and governs daily management activities. The current Board are:
